Support & FAQ
Roblox Ball for iPhone · One developer, real answers
Please include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the level number. Screenshots help a lot. We answer in English.
How do I play?
Hold your iPhone in landscape. The left and right pads at the bottom left move the ball, the button at the bottom right jumps. Hold jump longer to jump higher. Land on a cube from above to squash it, and never touch one from the side. The pause button sits in the top right corner.
How do I unlock the next level?
Reach the exit door. On boss levels the exit only opens after you land on the boss's head three times. Stars are optional; you never need them to progress.
A level looks impossible
Every generated level is checked to be beatable before it ships, so there is always a route. Look for crates you can push, buttons that open gates, and trampolines. If you are convinced a level is broken, email us the level number with a screenshot and we will look at it.
Will my progress survive a new phone?
Yes, if you are signed in to iCloud. Progress and settings are mirrored to your personal iCloud storage, so reinstalling the game or signing in to a new iPhone with the same Apple Account brings your stars, unlocked levels and best times back. Progress merges by keeping the better of the two sides: more stars, faster times, further unlocks.
If you are not signed in to iCloud the game saves on the device only, and deleting the app deletes the save.
How do I reset my progress?
Open Settings › Progress › Reset in the game and confirm. This clears your stars, unlocked levels, best times and death counter on the device and in iCloud. It cannot be undone.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings › Language. The game ships in 14 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and Indonesian. On first launch it follows your device language.
Can I turn off the music or the vibration?
Yes. Sound, music and vibration each have their own switch in Settings. Music is off by default, so if you want it, turn it on there.
Are there ads or purchases?
No. The game is free, has no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and it never asks for an account. If anything inside the game asks you to pay, it is not from us.
Does it need the internet?
No. Every level plays offline. The only network use is Apple's own iCloud sync for your saved progress, and the game works fine without it.
What devices does it run on?
iPhone running iOS 16 or later, in landscape orientation. iPad is not supported at the moment.
The game crashed or froze
Force quit the app and reopen it; your progress is saved as you play. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened. The game has no crash reporting, so your report is the only way we learn about it.
